The base of our textiles, the one thing we use in almost every one of our pieces: handwoven fabric. Why? Well for one, it’s high-quality, soft, handmade and oh so beautiful. And two, we really value supporting artisans and their unique crafts. For those of you (like me) who aren’t quite sure what handwoven actually means, this post is for you!

This is a big moment for us here at DABU. Recently we released the last pieces from our very first collection. These beautiful additions to your kitchen are the last from our Community Collection.

Being transparent about how our textiles are made is important to us here at DABU. We believe natural is better for everyone and when we say natural, we mean NATURAL. So how were our bandhani baby blankets made? Great question. I would love to tell you!

The process of handcrafting each product is an art that has been passed down over generations. Each textile is unique and perfect in its own, imperfect way. We recognize the value of taking time to make things by human hands.
